He further submits that the petitioner would be preferring a representation to the respondents in this regard and he would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to consider and decide the representation in accordance with law. Issue notice to respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 that in the event of the petitioner preferring a representation, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of its receipt.
