(ORAL) Present is the second petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for the grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in respect of FIR No.127 dated 27.07.2021, registered under Sections 3, 4 and 5 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act, 1956, at Police Station Division No.7, District Ludhiana.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that as the petitioner intends to surrender before the authorities, the present petition may kindly be disposed of, having been not pressed any further.
