HEMANT GUPTA,J (ORAL) Petitioner seeks a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the formation of Ward No.4 in Village Gangaycha Jat, District Rewari. Learned counsel submits that the order of finalizing delimitation of wards has not been announced. Admittedly, the Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) has not passed any order after conduct of summary inquiry for the proposed list of Wards. If any order is passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), that is an appealable order under Rule 4 clause (8) of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Election Rule, 1994. In the absence of such order, we find that the present writ petition is pre mature.

Dismissed as pre-mature.
