The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.6 namely Lahora Singh had got a motor connection, which was jointly owned by the petitioner and respondent No.6, transferred in his name by forging signatures of co-sharers Parvinder Kaur, Balwant Kaur, Dharminder Singh, Varinder Singh and Harjinder Kaur.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3Senior Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur, District Ferozepur to look into PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.12.04 16:31 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
