Mr. Amninderjit Singh, Advocate, for respondents No.2 and 3. Mr. Vivek Singla, Advocate, for respondents No.5 and 6. ***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J. (Oral) The petitioners have prayed for a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to issue National Trade Certificates to them.

Today, it is common case of the parties that all the certificates have been duly prepared but, as per the petitioners, the originals of the same have not been delivered to them.

In view thereof, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to the respondents to supply original National Trade Certificates to the petitioners within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
