**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J.(ORAL) The limited question for which the petitioner has come up before this Court, is for extension of essential time of order dated 21.09.2021. Learned counsel for the State is also present on advance service of the petition.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to issue notice to the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would pay a sum of Rs. 7,50,000/- within one week from today with an assurance to pay the remaining amount by 31.01.2022.

Given such assurance, the time granted by Coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 21.09.2021 is extended till 31.01.2022. Consequently, nothing survives in this petition and petition is accordingly disposed of.
