The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for quashing of FIR No.22 dated 22.03.2024, under Section 304-B IPC, 1860, registered at Police Station Koom Kalan, District Police Commissionerate, Ludhiana (Annexure P-1) and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise deed dated 15.04.2024 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage.

Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. 4.
