Pursuant to the order dated 23.03.2026, an affidavit has been filed by respondent No.6 in Court today, which is taken on record. Registry to scan and tag the same at the appropriate place. In para 3 of the said affidavit it has been stated as under :

"3. That the Deponent solemnly affirms that he has removed all encroachments made over the land of Gram Panchayat Darana in furtherance of Order dated 26.08.2014. The Deponent undertakes to further YOGESH SHARMA 2026.04.13 12:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

In view of the affidavit filed by respondent No.6, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail his remedies as available in law. 3.
