The petitioner is a resident of village Kotla Khurd, Tehsil and District Amritsar. He alleges that the public street of his village which vests in Gram Panchayat, has been encroached upon by the private respondents and no action is being taken for removal of encroachment though it stood established in the demarcation report dated 15.12.2009. We find from the record that the petitioner has already approached the authorities and served them with a legal notice also, agitating the above-stated grievance.
