(Oral) In this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of E-auction notice dt. 11.10.2021 (Annexure P-4) as well as the Public Notice of E-auction given in the newspaper 'The Sunday Tribune' dt. 10.10.2021 (Annexure P-5), in which the property of the petitioner is scheduled to be auctioned on 30.10.2021.

Sh. Gaurav Goel, learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from the Branch Manager of the respondent-Bank, submits that the last date for making the bid pursuant to the aforesaid E-auction notice was 28.10.2021, and that no bids have been received by the respondentBank, and, therefore, there is no possibility of conducting any auction pursuant to the E-auction notice issued.
