SURYA KANT, J.(ORAL) The petitioner seeks quashing of the letter/order dated 26.08.2017 (Annexure P-9) passed by respondent No.3 whereby respondent No.4 has been directed not to allow cash/financial transactions of organisations and sister concerns of Dera Sacha Sauda, Sirsa, or to modify the above-stated order to the extent that the petitioner-company is not covered under the said letter dated 26.08.2017. Separate written statements filed by respondent Nos.1 to 3 and respondent No.4 are taken on record.
