The petitioners have filed the present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of petitioners from the hands of private respondents No.4 to 6 and other relatives of petitioner No.1 as they are harassing the personal life and liberty of the petitioners. 2.
At the very outset, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents No.4 to 6 submits that the private respondents are giving no threat to the petitioners and are not interfering in the personal life and liberty of the petitioners.
