(Oral) In the present petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that the petitioner was not allowed to discharge the duty from home during the pandemic COVID-19 keeping in view the guidelines and directions issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India from time to time. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the scare of pandemic COVID-19 has been reduced with time and the officers have started working from office and as of now, petitioner has also started discharging duties from office.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for certain period, the salary of the petitioner has not been released and the petitioner will be satisfied, at this stage, in case a direction is issued to the respondents to decide the claim of the petitioner qua the release of salary for certain period by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case, the petitioner files any such representation with the authority concerned qua the salary for the period in question, the same will be considered and an RIYA 2024.04.26 10:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that in case the claim of the petitioner is found feasible to be accepted, an appropriate order will be passed and in case the same is not found feasible to be accepted, detailed reasons for rejecting the claim of the petitioner will be mentioned in the speaking order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to file a fresh representation with respondents as stated herein before. 7.

Ordered accordingly.
