**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is the second petition under Section 440 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for reducing the amount of personal bonds/surety bonds of Rs. 5 lacs with two local sureties each in the like amount, imposed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fatehabad, vide order dated 25.4.2017, while granting regular bail to the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the other co-accused have been granted bail by the lower Court by imposing lesser surety/personal bonds, whereas the petitioner has been directed to furnish the bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,00,000/- with two sureties in the like amount.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. It is not disputed that the petitioner is a citizen of Nigeria. CRM-M No. 40547 of 2020 -2cases. The similar prayer had been made by the petitioner by way of CRMM-8683-2020, which was dealt with by this Court and the petition was dismissed vide order dated 14.9.2020.

Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
