Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.151 dated 25.05.2019 registered under Sections 148,149,323,325,427,452 & 506 IPC (Section 397-B IPC was added later on) at P.S Kheri Phul, District Faridabad.
Allegations in the FIR are that on 23.05.2019 while the complainant along with one of his worker and his son Vinay was inside his workshop situated in Shop No.4, Sector 87, Master Road, near SRS Royal Hills, Faridabad, suddenly 5-6 boys including one Arjun @ Pintu entered his office and all of them, who were armed with rods and dands, caused injuries to them.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. He was not even named in the FIR. There is no allegation levelled against him and it is Arjun @ Pintu, who is attributed injuries.
Vide order dated 27.08.2019, this Court while granting the concession of interim anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to join investigation.

CRM-M-34737 of 2019 #2# Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Rajender Singh, states that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.
In view of the above, order dated 27.08.2019 granting interim anticipatory bail to the petitioner, is made absolute. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so by the Investigating Agency and shall abide by the conditions of Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
