(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.89 dated 25.02.2019, registered at Police Station Ambala City, District Ambala (P-1), who has been booked for having committed the offence punishable under Sections 285/323/336/379-B/34 IPC and Section 25 of Arms Act ( now altered to Sections 323/365/367/397/34 IPC, vide amended charge sheet dated 24.09.2019 (A-1)) At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter stands compromised between the parties. Reference has been made to affidavit of the complainant (A-1) wherein he stated that he has got no objection if the FIR be quashed qua all the accused person and they be granted regular bail.

Learned State counsel submits that out of 13 witnesses, 04 have been examined so far.

Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 27.02.2019 and has undergone almost 01 year and 06 months.

Keeping in view the fact that the trial is likely to take some time to conclude and the fact that the matter stands compromised between the parties, the present petition is allowed. Petitioner is ordered to be released on bail during pendency of the trial of the present case, subject to his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Ambala.
