(ORAL) Petitioners have impugned the show cause notice, Annexure P-10 issued by the authority wherein they have been asked to vacate the land in question being in the ownership of HUDA. Stand of the petitioners, however, is that their plea for release of land under section 24(2) of Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 is still pending.

Learned counsel appearing for respondents no. 2 to 4 submits that in case petitioners appear before the authority and file reply within three weeks, same shall be considered and appropriate order shall be passed within six weeks thereafter.
