The respondents have not shifted the candidates belonging to the EWS category, who have qualified the examination on their own merit. In the event of the respondents shifting these meritorious candidates in the general category, the petitioner would be entitled to consideration for the vacant seats in the EWS category. He further contends that the petitioner has sent a representation (Annexure P-6) in this regard and he would be satisfied if this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the representation (Annexures P-6) in accordance with law. Issue notice to respondents.

Mr. Anmol Puri, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1 to consider and decide the representation (Annexures P-6) in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
