Petitioners have filed this writ petition to count the period of daily wage services rendered by them during the period from the year 1981 to 1985 and thereafter, they were getting regular scale. Learned counsel representing the petitioner contended that detailed representation dated 18.07.2018 (Annexure P5) made by the petitioners is pending and no decision has been take thereon so far. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mrs. Anju Arora, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
