Only grievance of the petitioner is that investigation pursuant to FIR No. 550 dated 16.09.2018 at police station Barwala is still pending. Same has not been pursued seriously by the concerned authorities. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Sourabh Mohunta, DAG Haryana, who is present in court, accepts notice. He submits that in case investigation is pending, necessary steps as warranted shall be taken at the earliest. In view of statement made by State counsel, no further direction is necessary. Petition is disposed of.
