(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.202 dated 29.11.2020 registered at Police Station Jakhal, District Fatehabad, under Sections 498-A, 377, 323, 506 IPC (offence under Sections 354, 34 IPC has been deleted). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 28.10.2021 the petitioner had joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. Therefore, the present petition be allowed.

Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Rajpal, does not dispute the factum of the petitioner having joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency.
