(Oral) The petitioner has filed an Original Application before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench, seeking a direction for her retention in service on 'contract basis' till she is replaced by a regular appointee. It appears that the learned Tribunal was not apprised of the contents of letter dated 19.02.2015 (Annexure A-11) informing the petitioner that her term 'comes to an end on May 09, 2015'. The Tribunal has issued notice re: stay for 08.07.2015 presumably under the bonafide impression that her term, for the session 2014-2015 being for one year, would come to an end on 10.07.2015 in view of order dated 11.07.2014 (Annexure A-9). In these circumstances, we dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to move an application before the Tribunal for pre-ponement of MOHINDER KUMAR 2015.05.11 15:51 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No.9235 of 2015 [2] date of hearing re: stay matter and we request the Tribunal to decide the stay matter within this very week, especially when it is stated on behalf of the petitioner that she has not been relieved on 09.05.2015.
