(Oral) The grievance of the petitioner is that he has been working as Helper to Tubewell Operator since 10.05.1995 and there is no adverse remark conveyed to the petitioner till date. The petitioner was fully eligible to be regularized in service w.e.f 01.10.2003 but the services of the petitioner was regularized w.e.f 01.07.2014, vide order dated 22.08.2014. In this regard, the petitioner has given representation dated 20.09.2017 but no action has been taken till date. Learned counsel submits that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by judgment dated 04.10.2018 passed by this Court in CWP No. 2009-2018 (Annexure P-5) Notice of motion On asking of the Court, Mr. Hitesh Pandit, Addl.A.G, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. In view of the above factual position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondents to pass appropriate order of regularization of the service of the petitioner w.e.f 01.10.2003, in view of policies (Annexure P-1 and P-2). This exercise shall be completed within a period of three months' from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. If no order will be passed by the respondents within specific time, the respondents will deposit a cost of Rs.50000/- in the account of the petitioner.
