Accordingly, Annexure P-13 is taken on record. C.W.P No. 27841-2018 As per appointment letter dated 17.07.2007 (P-1), the petitioner was initially appointed as Guest Teacher in Maths subject. Thereafter, on 26.09.2013, the petitioner was relieved on joining of regular teacher. However, pursuant to letter dated 09.10.2013 (Annexure P-3), the petitioner again joined on 11.10.2013 (Annexure P-4) against vacant post. The petitioner was again relieved and he again joined on 20.08.2016 at GMS Singhwa Rago with respondent No. 5. But he fell ill due to his health problems and after recovery, he has approached to join the duty but was not allowed to do so.

In view of the above factual position, this petition, at this stage is being disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, by giving a direction to respondent No. 3 to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of Annexure P-13 colly, within a period of two montshfrom the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
