Mr. Naveen Daryal, Advocate, for the petitioner. Mr. Surender Dhull, Advocate, for the respondents. ARUN PALLI, J. (ORAL) Vide order dated 19.04.2017, this Court had required the respondents to take a decision as regards the entitlement of late husband of the petitioner for 1st and 2nd ACP in the revised modified scale. Learned counsel for the respondents has produced a copy of the order dated 04.07.2017, passed by the Superintending Engineer (OP), Circle, UHBVN, Kaithal, in terms of the order of this Court, vide which the claim of the petitioner has since been declined.

Faced with this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition is rendered infructuous and be disposed of as such so as to enable the petitioner to assail the order dated 04.07.2017. Disposed of as having been rendered infructuous with the liberty prayed for.
