The present contempt petition has been filed for deliberate and intentional disobedience of order dated 25.03.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-171-2017 along with other connected civil writ petitions.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the State of Haryana has preferred Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.19691-19700 of 2025 against the judgment dated 25.03.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in CWP-13124-2016 and other connected writ petitions before Hon'ble the Supreme Court, wherein the respondents are directed not to pursue the contempt petition pending before this Court, vide order dated 24.11.2025.
