(Through Video Conferencing) **** ANOOP CHITKARA, J.(ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that preliminary enquiry conducted and petitioners were not found present at the address given in the petition in the enquiry. Learned counsel further submits that in case they approach the concerned police station, they will be provided necessary protection if there is any threat to their life and liberty. Given above, nothing survives in this case. It shall be open to the petitioners to approach the concerned SHO who shall provide protection on day to day basis in case of any threat perception as alleged in the said application by the petitioners. With the aforesaid observation, the petition is disposed of. The liberty is also granted to the petitioner to approach this Court if concerned SHO fails to provide protection in case of threat.
