The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 (corresponding to Section 482 Cr.P.C.) for quashing of FIR No.158 dated 24.05.2026 (Annexure P-1), registered under Sections 316(2) and 318(4) of BNS, 2023 (corresponding to Sections 406 and 420 IPC) at Police Station Baldev Nagar, District Ambala, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Mr. H.S. Randhawa, Advocate has filed the Memorandum of Appearance on behalf of respondent No.2 in Court today, which is taken on record. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to take all the pleas raised herein before the appropriate authority/Court at an appropriate stage. 4.
