**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is working as Clerk since 1983 in the Chautala PACS Ltd and his services were regularized w.e.f 12.06.1991. Thereafter, the petitioner was given benefit of 5th pay commission w.e.f 01.01.1996. On 21.02.2019, the Chautala PACS Ltd had passed resolution that the benefits of 6th pay commission be given to the petitioner along with other employees . The matter is still pending before the Deputy Registrar, Hissar.

In this regard, petitioner has given legal notice dated 25.07.2016 (Annexure P-5) but no action has been taken till date. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and keeping in view the fact, this petition is being disposed of by giving a direction to respondents to pass appropriate order on the legal notice dated 25.07.2016 (P-5) in accordance with law, expeditiously.
