RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J (ORAL) The grievance of the petitioners is that the inquiry, which has been entrusted to respondent No.2 is not making any headway much less there is no date fixed for appearance of respondent No.4 & 5 after 27.9.2017.

Having failed to convince this Court and realizing that the appropriate remedy available to the petitioner is to make an application to the Inquiry Officer to know about the further proceedings, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
