The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking quashing of FIR No.498 dated 30.11.2022 under Sections 406 and 420 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Meham, District Rohtak. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take up all the pleas before the Court at the appropriate stage. 3.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty aforesaid.
