Counsel for the petitioner herein has reiterated that she does not press the crl. writ petition, in view of the relief that has already been allowed to the petitioner by the IG, Prisons, U.T., Chandigarh and the release order signed on 03.03.2021.

Keeping in view the statement made by the counsel appearing for the petitioner, no orders are called for in the instant petition and therefore, the same is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
