(Oral) Petitioner has prayed that a direction be issued to respondents No.1 to 4 to protect life, liberty and property of the petitioner. Admittedly, petitioner has already filed a civil suit before the competent court at Nakodar where proceedings are pending. In view of same, no case for interference in writ jurisdiction is made out. Mr. Sharma, learned Senior counsel for the petitioner has informed the court that he has filed a petition before Two-Member Commission looking into registration of false cases against citizens. Thus, no cause of action survives in this petition, same is hereby dismissed.
