(Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioner is that she was appointed on 25.11.2009 with respondent No. 3 as Data Entry Operator on contract basis and her services were regularized, vide order dated 27.08.2014 and she joined on 20.09.2014 as regular Clerk. However, she has not been paid salary from April, 2015.

A detailed advance/legal notice dated 01.04.2016 in this regard (P-8) has been given but no action has been taken till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner states, that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied, if directions are issued to respondents to decide the advance/legal notice, referred to above. In view of above, without commenting on the merits of the GAURAV ARORA 2016.05.10 14:59 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
