In this writ petition filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 27.11.2017 (Annexure P-11), whereby claim of the petitioner for not levying or recovering institutional tax for the financial years 2011-12 to 2017-18 has been rejected and direction has been given to clear the total dues after declaring the covered area to pay the property tax for building owned by the petitioner under Punjab (Institutions and Other Building Tax) Act, 2011 within a period of 30 days.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently, certain prayers, factual matrix and necessary documents have not been incorporated in the present writ petition.
