Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Dilbagh Singh states that the father of petitioner No.2, who is respondent No.4 has got his statement recorded that he has no objection to the relationship of the petitioners who have got married on 07.08.2023 and there is no threat perception.

In light of the above, nothing survives in the present petition and the same stands dismissed, at this stage. 3.

However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to approach the competent authority, in case, any threat perception arises in future and the same shall be looked into in accordance with law.
