This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C for issuance of directions to the respondents to carry out their lawful obligation by arresting accused persons for commission of grave and serious cognizable offences in FIR No. 004 dated 18.01.2022 under Sections 304, 148 and 149 of IPC registered at Police Station Lakho Ke Behram, Ferozepur. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that the cancellation report has been prepared and the same shall be filed within a period of four weeks. 3.

Faced with the above situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition to avail the alternative remedy by filing the objections to the cancellation report in accordance with law . 4.

Petition stands disposed of.
