(oral) Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the claim of the petitioner has been considered and impugned order has been recalled. The speaking order has been passed and photocopy of the same has been placed on record. Learned counsel also submits that in case, the petitioner is still aggrieved by any part of the order, he has been given liberty. Keeping in view the submissions made by learned counsel for the respondents, the present writ petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
In case, the petitioner is still aggrieved in any manner, he is at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy.
Learned counsel for the respondents undertakes to deposit the cost amount within a period of one week.
