(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the withdrawal of the anticipatory bail application already filed by the petitioner before the learned trial Court was a legal mistake on his part and therefore, the petitioner be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the learned trial Court by filing a fresh petition for seeking the concession of anticipatory bail.
