(Oral) The petitioner is basically aggrieved against the act of private respondent No.8, who is allegedly discharging its dirty water/effluent in the fields of the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the petitioner has made representation to the Police authorities but no action is being taken.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and from the perusal of the record, it transpires that the petitioner is aggrieved basically against the action of respondent No. 8, against whom the petitioner has an efficacious remedy of filing of civil suit for permanent injunction, if so advised, in accordance with law. The petitioner may file civil suit for permanent injunction against respondent No. 8 and insofar as this petition, is concerned, the same is hereby disposed of.
