This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondent for noncompliance of the order dated 28.11.2024 passed in CWP-16298-2023. 2.
Learned counsel for the State has pointed out that the order dated 28.11.2024 has since been complied with and a speaking order has been passed and conveyed to the petitioners.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 4.
