At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for Gram Panchayat has informed the Court that before filing of the present writ petition, petitioner had already been removed from the job vide resolution dated 16.04.2015 on account of complaint (R-6/1) and he has been intimated vide Annexure R-6/3.

In view of the reply filed by the respondents, the writ petition is dismissed.
