The petitioners challenge the delimitation of wards of Gram Panchayat of village Massimble Hinduan.

Admittedly, after the petition filed by the petitioners, the Sub Divisional Officer (Civil) has not concluded summary inquiry for the proposed realignment of wards. If any order is passed by the Sub Divisional Officer (Civil), that is an appealable order under rule 4 sub-rule 8 of the Haryana Panchayati Raj Election Rules, 1994. In the absence of such order, we find that the present writ petition is pre mature.

Dismissed as premature.
