Petitioner - Swaran Kaur has filed the instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondent No.1 to release all the retiral (pensioner) and consequential benefits along with interest to her. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents submits that as per letter dated 28.12.2023, issued by the Executive Engineer, M.C.P.H., Division No.2, Chandigarh, the following payments have been released to the petitioner:-

CWP-20768-2020 -2A copy of the aforesaid letter dated 28.12.2023 is handed over by learned counsel for the respondents in Court today, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the receipt of aforesaid amount by the petitioner but he submits that certain more payments are required to be made by respondent No.1, however, he has failed to fetch the details of any pending amount. 4.
Be that as it may; since the arrears of pension, leave encashment, D.C.R.G. and General Insurance Scheme have already been paid to the petitioner, accordingly, no further orders are required to be passed in the instant petition. However, in case any other payment admissible to petitioner, in accordance with law, has not been made then he would be at liberty to approach the authorities concerned. If any such claim is raised by petitioner, the same shall be considered by the authorities concerned, and if found admissible, the necessary relief be extended to petitioner, as per rules.

The present writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 6.
