(Oral) The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 24.12.2015 (P-6) passed by the Additional Deputy Commissioner-cum-Collector, SBS Nagar under Section 7 read with Section 11 of the Punjab Village Common Lands (Regulation) Act, 1961. Though the petitioners were statedly not party to the proceedings but they are directly effected by the impugned order and being aggrieved, they are entitled to file statutory appeal against that order.

We thus dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the Appellate Authority that in case the petitioners prefer such an appeal within two weeks from the MOHINDER KUMAR 2016.05.06 10:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
