Present contempt petition has been filed under Section 12 of Contempt of Courts Act for violating the judgment dated 12.12.2025 (Annexure P-1) passed in CWP-18013-2017.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for petitioner states that he wants to withdraw present contempt petition since he will avail appropriate legal remedy available to him to challenge the order passed by competent authority dated 05.03.2026 and accordingly, withdraws the same.

In view of the statement, present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with aforesaid liberty.

Pending miscellaneous application, if any, shall also stands disposed of accordingly.
