Present writ petition for issuance of directions to the respondents to release full family pension as well as death gratuity to the petitioner on account of death of her husband, namely Harnek Singh, who was working with the respondents and to release the said benefit along with interest at the rate of 18%.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of her grievance, petitioner made representation dated 11.06.2018 (Annexure P12), but till date no action has been taken by the respondents. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to the respondents to look into representation dated 11.06.2018 (Annexure P12) and take the required decision thereon, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
