ARUN MONGA, (ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking quashing of FIR No.0096 dated 14.05.2021 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station Sadar Sri Muktsar Sahib, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. 2.

Learned State counsel, at the very outset, on instructions from ASI Jang Singh, submits that cancellation report qua FIR in question has already been prepared and is in process of being filed before the competent Court. 3.

Being so, proceedings before this Court are rendered infrcutuous and disposed of accordingly.

It is expected that official respondents take steps to do the needful as stated aforesaid.

Needless to say, in case cancellation report is not submitted, petitioner is at liberty to seek judicial recourse as may be advised. 7.
