Prayer made in the writ petition for release of pensionary benefits and family pension to minor children of late Pargat Singh alias Harmesh Singh and also to release them arrears of family pension along with interest at the rate of 18% per annum and not to release the said benefits to respondents No.6 to 8.

Learned for the petitioners contended that for redressal of their grievance, legal notice dated 04.07.2018 (Annexure P2) has been got issued to respondents No.2 to 5 by Manjit Kaur, guardian of the petitioners, but no action has been taken thereon by the respondents so far.
