Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that in view of the law laid down by this Court in CM-580-CII-2020 in/and FAO No.577 of 2020 titled as Jatinder Kumar and others Versus National Insurance Company Limited and others, and other connected matters, the present appeal be disposed of but liberty be granted to the appellant to revive the same after affixing the Court fee.
